We are looking for an outgoing person who has great people skills. You will need to be able to engage with people, be supportive, confidential and approachable. Excellent communications skills in listening and presenting will be required. You will organise company social events, develop welfare and safeguarding for all of our employees. You will need to plan caravan accommodation and review maintenance needs. Along with this, you will need to liaise with key managers across the business in order to delivery recruitment, onboarding and ensuring new people settle into their roles.
We are looking for someone who has some previous experience in recruitment and is fully committed to the welfare of employees.
This is a full time permanent role. The is not a 9 to 5 job and there may be occasional evenings and weekend work needed to cover this role. A second language would be desirable. We offer a competitive salary this role, holidays 21 days plus 8 days bank holidays.

We have a position for a full time role as a tractor driver. You will joining our highly skilled and dedicated farm team, working in field locations and managing different tasks on a day to day basis. You will need to have previous experience in operational tractor work and ideally have a Lantra award in tractor driving. (not essential). This role will include weekend work as required and you will need to be flexible covering work patterns in line with demands expected in farming fresh produce.
